The position will include CRM administration, ensuring new business inquiries are immediately replied to,
organizing meetings / demonstrations / conference calls, screen share demos, client training, and customer
support through email/phone. It will also involve outbound phone calls to follow up with potential prospects

Diploma in business administration or management
2 years recent experience in a customer success position, supporting a software product Experience in a
similar Customer Success / Sales / Account Management role would be a big plus.
Proficient in Office applications and familiar in the use of CRMs.

You need to be energetic, motivated and passionate about always putting the customer first.
