The Role

The position will include CRM administration, ensuring new business inquiries are immediately replied to, organizing meetings / demonstrations / conference calls, screen share demos, client training, and customer support through email/phone. It will also involve outbound phone calls to follow up with potential prospects and clients.
Helping to create a 6* experience for our prospects and customers is essential to what you will need to succeed daily. This would comprise every stage of the journey, from the prospect's initial call or email through turning prospects into long-term recurring clients.
This company is expanding, and the job provides several opportunities for the appropriate applicant to develop and realize their full potential within this rapidly growing team.

Qualification

Diploma in business administration or management

Requirements

2 years recent experience in a customer success position, supporting a software product Experience in a similar Customer Success / Sales / Account Management role would be a big plus.
Proficient in Office applications and familiar in the use of CRMs.
Your English (spoken and written) needs to be impeccable.
You need to be energetic, motivated and passionate about always putting the customer first.
You need to love the grind and be meticulous and relentless when it comes to follow up with leads and customers.
You need to be flexible and pragmatic and get stuck in for whatever the role requires as we scale this business.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives across different areas within Marketing. Specifically, you will support our brand awareness, client acquisition & engagement, and marketing operations efforts. You will be critical to the successful delivery of our marketing goals across the company.
Assist with the production and update of marketing materials (both print and online, including but not limited to articles, presentations, press releases, and monthly newsletter).

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
5+ years of e-commerce and digital marketing experience
